Via Express Post with insulated packaging to ensure they arrive healthy.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship live foods, supplements, and equipment Australia-wide. Unfortunately due to customs restrictions, we are unable to supply to Tasmania at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped daily. Orders containing live foods leave on Mondays and Tuesdays only, so nothing sits in a depot over the weekend. Order once Tuesday's run has gone (11:00pm AEST) and yours travels on the following Monday or Tuesday.
