Cancellation policy

Subscriptions, pre-orders and trial purchases

Some products on our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial-based purchase. If so, the terms below apply in addition to any product-specific terms shown on the product page or at checkout.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you are committing to a minimum of 3 orders at the frequency selected at checkout. Subscription pricing, including any discounted rate, is offered on the basis of that minimum commitment.

By placing a subscription order, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each of the 3 minimum subscription orders, and for any further recurring orders unless and until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-order minimum term. After the third subscription order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal charge.

If a scheduled subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any return or refund request for goods already supplied will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees cannot be excluded, and remedies such as repair, replacement, refund or cancellation may apply where goods or services do not meet those guarantees.

Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is in stock or before it is available for immediate dispatch. We may take full payment, partial payment, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the balance at a later date before dispatch.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled, unless the product listing or checkout states otherwise. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for a return, refund, repair, or replacement where required under our Returns Policy or the Australian Consumer Law.

Any estimated dispatch or availability date for a pre-order is an estimate only and may change due to supplier delays, manufacturing delays, freight issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Trial purchases

If we offer a try before you buy or similar trial-based purchase option, the terms of that offer, including the trial period and return conditions, will be clearly stated at checkout.

We may place an authorisation on your payment method before dispatch. If the item is not returned within the stated trial period and in accordance with the applicable return instructions, you authorise us to charge the full purchase amount to your payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Businesses cannot override consumer guarantees by policy terms or warranties.
