About this one
Nylon micron mesh, laser cut as 130 mm circles to drop straight into our Zooplankton Harvesting Tool. No trimming, no gaps around the edge, and no mesh creeping out from under the lock ring. Take the inner lock ring out, swap the circle, and the tool is back on a fresh screen.
The same circles are a popular option for DIY sieves and mechanical filter setups. Made from strong, precision-moulded nylon mesh, they are reliable for filtration and well suited to larger plankton cultures.
Circle size: 130 mm diameter

Simple buying guide
150 micron
The coarsest we cut and the fastest to drain. Sit it on top of a stack to take the large debris out first and let everything you are actually after carry on to the grade below.
100 micron
Best all-rounder for harvesting adult copepods without restricting flow too much.
38 micron
A great middle-ground option for smaller copepods, juveniles, nauplii, and general aquaculture use.
25 micron
Best for very small live food and fine filtration, but it drains more slowly.
