Live Food Returns

  • Return or refund requests for live foods (copepods, rotifers, phytoplankton, etc.) must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear video is required showing the contents of the bottle with light shining from the bottom, side, and top to assess viability.

  • Without this video, we cannot process a refund or replacement.

Non-Live Item Returns

  • Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Money Back Guarantee

Our money back guarantee applies to all orders if the product arrives dead, damaged, or not as described:

  • Must be reported within the timeframe above.

  • Video or photo evidence is required.
