Live Food Returns
Return or refund requests for live foods (copepods, rotifers, phytoplankton, etc.) must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear video is required showing the contents of the bottle with light shining from the bottom, side, and top to assess viability.
Without this video, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
Non-Live Item Returns
Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Money Back Guarantee
